PhD symposium “Understanding Context in Cognition” in Tübingen from April 7th to 9th, 2025
Dear colleagues,
We are a group of Cognitive Science PhD students at the University of Tübingen, and we would like to cordially invite all interested graduate students to the PhD symposium “Understanding Context in Cognition” <https://cogsciprag.github.io/context-in-cognition-symposium/>, sponsored by the German Cognitive Science Society.
The symposium will take place from April 7th to 9th, 2025, in Tübingen, Germany.
The notion of context is a central theme across all disciplines of cognitive science, yet it is often defined differently, and cross-disciplinary dialogue remains limited. This symposium aims to bring together early-career researchers and students to get to know the community, look at the topic from different angles, discuss, and be inspired. The symposium will feature interactive workshops, keynote talks by experts in the field, presentations by attendees (oral presentation or a poster) and a collaborative project challenge to develop creative interdisciplinary ideas.
*Free* registration and abstract submission are open!
Deadline: March 15th, 2025
To register and learn more about the symposium, please visit our registration page: https://cogsciprag.github.io/context-in-cognition-symposium/participate/.

We look forward to welcoming you at the event.
Sincerely,
Your organizing team
